A friend or an acquaintance, that when booze is involved, proceeds to become your drinking enemy. This can be viewed in a positive light but extreme caution needs to be in place as the sole motivating factor for a Drinking Enemy is to take you down with them.
Greg, you are a great guy but you have made way too many drinking enemies in the past. Or,
Adam, you may be my drinking enemy, but will you be my Best Man?

"Hey bro, what are you doing? You already bought that hot chick over there a drink!"
"I know man, but I feel bad for her friend so I got her a pity drink, you know, out of pity."

The twitch that you get in your eye whenever you take a deep sip of a very strong alcoholic drink. A sure sign that a bartender knows how to properly value the portions of their mixers.
Tina: what the hell is that, your eye....
Elliott: its the drink wink, this is so strong, but its so good I cant stop drinking it

Fallout drink is a word meant to confuse someone because they think it might mean something offencesive but in reality it means nothing it used just to fuck with someone's mind.

Someone: what does it mean.
