Retard Arm

An experience that happens when you're spooning and one of your arms goes numb because you have it trapped between you and your significant other. This phrasing is most often used when the trapped arm is up tight against the chest with the wrist limp, the hand slightly below the chin. If you have trouble picturing it think T-Rex. Also known as Awkward Arm.

Hey hun, can you move over a bit. I'm getting a retard arm here. It's really uncomfortable.

A person of any age that epicly fails at navigating in public places, from inside QuickCheck stores to cities like NYC and Paris. In some cases, the "street retard" might head in a way different direction you point them to (as in symptoms of being directionally challenged or walk passed the Walmart they were looking for - while walking.
