An innocuous term with an implied sexual reference. It is specifically used for trolling your friends or older children by invoking phallic imagery.

Friend: Huh?

This is a term used to describe someone so dumb that they might as well eat chipped paint from walls.

Can also refer to someone who is dumb enough to huff paint leading to the destruction of thier brain cells which makes them even dumber.

“Hey, what is your little cousing eating. Did you give him crackers”

“Nah. The little shit is a paint eater.”
