Head Swell means when someone becomes very cocky about something and they feel like nothing can happen to them. They up doing things out of pocket like cheating, or over bragging because one feels like “good” things can’t be taken from them.

Example #1: Oh I just took some nigga bitch, she bad asf and she feens over me bro 🤣 I got her on lock

Example #2: I’m lowkey cheating but she’ll always come back to me at the end of the day 🤷🏾 ♂️😂😂 so I’m not even worried
