When someone refuses to shower for very long periods of time, neglecting the crotch region mostly. This develops a phenomenon called crotch maggots.

These fiesty little larva will eat anything in there path, mostly feasting on the moist area between the genitals and the anus.

"Man, remember that really hot slut at the bar? I took her home last night. But when she opened her legs for my mushroom tip, all I saw was an army of crotch maggots."
