Any person who plays and enjoys an mmo game and it's core mechanics such as charging extra money for everything and requiring you to play for 75,659 hours to level up and get the best gear. They believe that doing the same thing over and over should be rewarded with a more powerful character because they unable to improve over time as players. They are willing to spend obscene amounts of money to reduce the amount of time and effort required to achieve the above so they can defeat less powerful people who didn't spend more money and will scoff at anyone who suggests that either the grind or the money is too much as they would rather keep their unfair advantage of time/money spent on the game so they don't have to worry about actually being good at anything.
