When a person would say some unbeliveable dumb things. In which case the person is more dumber than what a retard would be.

"I can't figure out how to drink coffee without getting the spoon in my eye".
"-You're such a fucktard".
"Wal-mart, do they like...make walls here?".
"-No Jessica you fucktard".
