misleading or deceptive publicity disseminated by an organization so as to present themselves as a truly inclusive employer of a neurodiverse workforce.

"I know they got an Autistic guest speaker for April, but they still won't approve requests for reasonable accommodations for me or my ND colleagues. We call that neurowashing."

Neutralism

A religion in which you believe that one or more higher powers exist but it is impossible to know anything about them. Neutralists may or may not believe in a spirit or soul. Neutralists believe that it is possible for multiple different religions to be correct but that it is impossible to verify if they are. Neutralism is similar to agnosticism but differs in a few ways from most forms of it. Agnosticism is usually linked with a religious system or areligious system, for instance, agnostic Christianity or agnostic atheism. However, neutralism is never linked to a single religion in that way but can be linked to multiple religions in a different way.

I practice neutralism.

Noun. Synonymous with "black person."

London streets:

"Hey Paul, have you seen all those illegal migrants crossing the border? I voted for diversity, but I didn't think diversity meant getting 5 stab wounds on my way to get a crumpet!"

"Bob, you're just being racist again. These "illegal migrants" you speak of are neuroscientists, lawyers, doctors, and scholars! Have some respect!"

Neurothirst

Neurothirst (noun):

The intense desire for mental stimulation, usually satisfied by solving complex problems or learning new skills.

After spending hours engrossed in a challenging crossword puzzle, he felt a surge of neurothirst, an insatiable craving for intellectual engagement that could only be quenched by delving into even more complex problems or diving into a new skill to master.
