Rick Stephens is a self appointed asshole who has used the tax payers money to create a kingdom of self servitude and selfishness, completed by the hiring of Timothy Bottomley as a Deputy Sheriff. Rick Stephens is a closet homosexual who hunts continually to hide his homosexual promiscuity.
