Australian slang meaning an attractive person, or someone worth persuing a relationship with.
Can be used in reference to guys or girls, but more often is used when guys are talking about girls.

One bloke says "So the new girl started working in the office today."
The bloke he's talking to say "Oh yeah? Is she a top sort?"
