You're Gay Sir

you may think this is an insult but you are wrong (failure)
when you say "you're gay sir" the other person will hear "good day sir"
and IF they reply with " good day to you too sir" that is what the person will hear... they will not hear "you're gay sir",

don't get mixed up with good day sir
person 1: "you're gay sir"
person 2: "good day to you too sir!"

you're the boss

A thinly veiled threat which means "If you don't do what I want you to do, I will screw you over. But I'm not telling you what I want you to do."
Jose proceeded to gloat about all the dirt he said on me, and then he kept saying "you're the boss" at me, meaning if I didn't do what he wanted, he'd hurt me somehow.

you're sweet

an insult to a guy if siad by another guy.
Bill: you're sweet Ted!
Ted: Fuck you Bill

you're fine

A phrase used to quell another's anxiety, worry, or anger. However the vast majority of the time it is used indiscriminately and with very little bearing to the reality of the situation.

In some circles it is also used twice consecutively for reinforcement.
A: Yo I'm so fucked for my exam - I don't know shit!
B: Dont worry, you're fine!

---------------

A: Yo seriously man, if I take another shot of JDs I swear to God I'm gonna throw up...
B: Yo, you're fine man!
A: ...
B: You're fine!!

-------------

A: Forget it, I'm sooo tired I just worked 12 hours. I don't wanna go out tonight.
B: Dont worry son - you're fineeeeeee.

----------------

A: WTF that guy just spilt his drink on me. I'm gonna go start shit!!
B: Yo... you're fine. Forget about it.

--------------------

A: Fuck my ride just left the club. How am I gonna get home??
B: You're fine, you're fine!

You're so lame circa 1985

A comeback used when people that think of themselves as popular or cool make a lame one-liner and think it's the funniest thing since "I'm on a boat," when in reality you aren't affected at all.

Derived from those teen movies in the 80's when the bitch and her best friend/follower make a cheesy remark, usually followed by a high-five, or something of its equivalent.
New Girl: Who are they?

Friend: They're the most popular girls in school... Oh crap, they're coming this way! Quick, look away!

Popular Girl #1: What are you looking at geekface?

Popular Girl #2: Yeah, geekface!

(high-five)

New Girl: Wow, you're so lame circa 1985!

You're so hot right now

Telling someone they are embarassed by a romantic gesture that has been offered to them
;Telling someone that they look the best they can possibly look at the moment
You're so hot right now in those vintage jeans.
I think I'm in love with you (giggle), you're so hot right now!
