Woke

Sometimes a quiffle, Twunt or wankspangler.
I asked the parking warden if I could call him a parking womble. He said so no because it's not woke enough. So I just called him a wankspangler instead.

woke

A term originally coined by the Black community, that in previous years was used to describe being aware of and understanding the unfair treatment of the working class as perpetuated by oligarchs and other elites, but that is now moreso just used as a scapegoat word for conservatives and other ignorant people to hide their utter lack of empathy. Nowadays, words such as woke and wokeness are almost exclusively used by chuds and politicans as a proxy to perpetuate the ongoing culture war in America, while simultaneously turning a blind eye to those who have been effectively raped by society.

The term gradually changed hands from the american Left to the Right sometime during/after Trump's presidency when conservatives unanimously conspired to steal the term and corrupt it to serve their own purposes. (Much in the same way that white people in decades past have co-opted many other various things from black culture, such as e.g. music genres like Rock/Jazz/Blues/Funk, slang and vernacular, fashion styles, or erasing black contributions to arts & sciences.)

In truth, the word 'woke' has no real meaning. (as of the date of this post).
Person A: "I'm tired of tolerating all this woke virtue-signaling going on today."
Person B: "So what's 'woke' about it?"
Person A: "Well... there's like--*begins absent-mindedly rattling off a list of random minor things liberals do that annoys them*"
Person B: "Hmm, interesting. Can you actually define what the term 'woke' means?"
Person A: "Ummm...... it's when you...... it's when.... like, when people--..... uhh, blue hair, or... something...?"
Person B: "Yeah, didn't think so."

Woke

1)Past participle of the transitive verb to wake

2) never an adjective!!!
Given the fact that it's part of a transitive verb, you either woke up yourself or woke up someone else. Woke is not an adjective so it stands to reason that a phrase such as I am woke doesn't exist.

Woke and Boke

I was gonna go to work today, but I woke and boke instead. Now I’ll just sit around and make excuses for myself instead.
