This literally refers to a seriously ugly or mangy mongrel. Said to be descrbed this way because of its non-doglike penchant for eating the insides of eggs.

Metaphorically, it can be applied to a person (almost always male) who is out-and-out riff-raff: one of the inbred corps.

Ole Billy Bob was just an egg-sucking dog.

Haitian Stacking

When multiple things such as boxes, shelves, books, cases, etc are stacked in a manner that is perfectly fine as long as there are no sudden vibrations or jolts. Similar to real life Haitian houses built in precarious locations.

Person 1: "Those moving boxes have Haitian stacking"
Person 2: "Well just like Haitian houses, they're fine enough unless there's an earthquake."
