volatile blonde

A person, usually a female, who acts superior to others (undeserved) because they have blonde hair and who is absolutely convinced that they are in-demand always and by everyone! They like to 'go-off' on people, especially their friends, to show their real, frightening personalities. Sometimes, when intoxicated or threatened, they fight, pull hair or spaz just to prove they are on-top-of-the-heap. Prone to calling the cops (crying-wolf) because no one ever suspected them of being an evil person with criminal habits.

I thought Rachel was really nice and came from a fine home, but all she seems to do is speed. Yesterday she pulled my hair and said she would beat me. She needs to get some sleep! She is a volatile blonde!

volume riding

When bad audio mixing leads you to have to constantly adjust the volume of your speakers or television to maintain a reasonable level.

Johnny, while I enjoyed your movie, "Bloodbathfeast," I felt that perhaps I wouldn't have to engage in so much volume riding if the chainsaw noises were not approximately ten times louder than the young ladies pleading for their lives.

A state of Volume that exceeds any scale. Turning up volume past the limit for maximum loudness. Metal, Techno, and dubstep are generally played at this kind of level. Turning up the volume this high generally obliterates speakers and other sound devices. (ie: Bass, headphones, etc.)

Near-Device Breaking Volume-Level.

An adjective synonymous with "voluminous" used only in the Japanese dialect of English to describe a large helping of food. In Japan, those who want to be intelligent-sounding (but actually aren't) tend to use this "adjective."
Note that, when pronounced, the stress is put on "-lu-" not "vo-", which is against the general rule of English pronunciation.
