A globalized word that can be used in any sense. Insert spanazz into the place of another word to cover up what your saying, or just to make someone mad because they have no clue what your talking about...

Guy 1: "Yo, Robby, you should've seen yourself last night"

Spanteez

Created for women shoes. A foot "covering", and/or foot "thong"; worn in women footwear. A type of foot liner with openings for the "Big Toe" and the other four toes. A piece of material separating the big toe from the other four toes. It has a "bikini-cut" that reveals some "skin" on the inside and outside of the feet. It is a "Panty" for women's feet.

Linda spanteez makes her feet look really sexy in those Christian Louboutin shoes.

A spant is a certain type of terrifying bug native to Guatemala that appears to be a fire ant with 8 legs. Run from these creatures at all costs. Being bitten by a spant could result in sudden death.
