Shloopy

One who shloops or of the shlooping persuasion. Two people who are in love and use this as a nickname. There are only two. They have somewhat of their own language where all words start with "S".

Smoopy

A feeling of self-consciousness usually accompanied by mopiness. Also refers to feelings of embarassment, inwardness, or lack of confidence. Often presents as a fear that no one likes you, that what you're doing/wearing is embarrassing or that the person you are with (i.e.: mom) is embarrassing.

Prevalent among preteens and teens but also present in pre-menstrual or otherwise stressed females. Men also undergo bouts of acute episodic smoopiness, sometimes mistaken for man-PMS.
Go easy on Kate's ugly pants today. She's all smoopy.
