Soggy Philly

The sexual act of one man engaging in anal sex with another man, while the penetrator ejaculates into the anus of the receiver. The penis of the penetrator then remains inside the anus of the receiver until the penetrator's penis is wrinkly/soggy. The penetrator then removes his penis and immediately receives oral sex from another man.

"Soggy", hence the wrinkled/soggy penis. And "Philly", in reference to the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia.
