A cadleyism is an annoying action performed by someone working in a support role within an organisation but to be purposefully as unsupportive as possible leading to a detrimental effect on the organisation. This is usually the result of bitterness and jealously.

Some fine Cadleyisms are a love of policy, saying "I don't mean to be bias" then being bias, "I'd love to help, but my hands are tied", lying, smelling, sleeping with colleague's girlfriends

Needs to be more confident in her self probably, but she rules the world. she isn't scared of the kids in my basement and will stay up till 3 am talking with you about anything, even aero dinamics ( idk what that is).
