A term used to describe an individual who frequents Tinychat while intoxicated and is often fixated on hearing from other participants. This person may struggle with alcohol addiction and may express feelings of depression.

I joined a Tinychat room last night, and there was a savvyfth who was heavily drinking and constantly seeking attention from others in the room.

Adj. A combination of suave and savvy. If spelled literally, it would be "suavvy" but this would be frequently mispronounced, which is why it is spelled "swavvy" instead. Means a guy who is popular, smooth, or very hip/with-it.
