Pills which have been pressed from powder using a pill pressing machine. Usually to refer to knock off pills which are laced with filler and cheap additives like fentanyl to boost the quality.

Xanax 2mg (aka “bars” or alprazolam 2mg) Oxycontin (oxycodone), and other opioids are sometimes found to be pressed with fillers and additives to boost profit margins and create a stronger product.
