This happens when you get paid on Friday, and its all gone by that Saturday at noon, and you have 50 cents to make it till next payday... and you get paid BI WEEKLY...

CarL: " dude...!! you still owe me $40, man..I wish you could just f-n pay me this week, because I hit the 13 Day Pothole"

HaL: " looks like you're gunna have to wait... I just bagged a 13 Day Pothole myself, I owed my loan shark $300"
