phrase you say to music lovers after you say a certain word that may be a band name. A friend of mine always said this to me after he said certain words because he knows I love music. Other variations of this phrase include "Not the singer", "Not the song", "Not the rapper", "Not the group", and "Not the music style". When you say a word that may be a singer's last name, you'd say this:

This word describes a black person that spend alot of time with mostly white people. they're not a stereotypical black person but he still is looked at as a true (not racial) black person. a black person that treats everyone equally and is open to all cultures

"Man when I first met Marcus, i thought he was going to be like one of those steryotypical black people but he's actually really nice to me and treat me well.... but hes still black you know? He's not the black person you would expect but still a black person."

Said about someone who doesn't really know their way around something or somewhere. Could be due to isolation. Sometimes a person with a troubled passed, could also be that they are suspicious to enter the present world.

She's not the full picnic, lives on her own in a torn house just outside town and rarely speaks to anyone.
