Their limited vocabulary reflects their ignorance and that betrays their banal stupidity. They pry in and pop off the chops all the time giving unwelcome outdated advice on things they know nothing about and more often than not it's churlish, obnoxious, slanted, narrow minded and dumb. Also 'loud mouth'.
2. a sassybrat who is spoiling for a fight all the time and doesn't know when to STFU and go away.
3. a nosey-knewser. A 'know nothing'.

Loudon County

Defined by one of the three "NOVA" counties that make up "Northern VA". Loudon County is the most expensive county in Virginia. Filled with a half million illegals and foreigners. The dem-run county let's these people run wild up here. The high cost of rent and housing prices forces most single professionals to quickly move out of the area. The traffic is horrendous and people drive reckless and aggressive.

Loudon County makes up one of the counties that is defined by "Northern VA" or "NOVA". The area is defined by and extremely high cost of living, rent, housing prices, millions of foreigners and illegals, horrible traffic and aggressive, reckless drivers. Those who are single and move here from other regions, quickly move out, because they realize they cannot afford anything more than a 1-bdrm apt.
