Wharf Form is the physical and sometimes mental result of a being lingering around a wharf for far too long. To be in Wharf Form means that one has become the most grisly form of one's self, and can repel others with a seaweedy stare. Wharf Form has frightened many, but it has also inspired some: the most notable example being Wharfcatz, a godly band from Maine.
Wharf Dude: "Yarg! Come yonder and have some Mishee Soup!"
Woman: "Tom, get away from that wharf dude! He'll take your soul!"
Tom: "I just want to pet his cat, woman."
Woman: "THAT'S NO NORMAL CAT, IT'S IN WHARF FORM!"

A Martial Artists who prefers to perfect his forms (such as Katas and Poomsaes) instead of actually learning how to fight, by sparring.
Tom can easily beat up Shannon, even though Shannon is a black belt and Tom is a blue belt. The reason being that Shannon is a form fairy.

in the UK, after secondary school which finishes when one turns 16, one has the option of going to work or 6th form which is like a casual version of school with no uniform and one can choose ones classes. Also refered to as college which gets confusing for Americans who assume college means university which actually comes 2 years later
6th form is so much better than school because we can wear our own clothes and dont have to do shyte like poetry
