Dirk is a guy who is an absolute asshole, who also is the most stoned and seedy cunt that the earth has ever known. He cant even speak clearly or fluently enough to understand whatever he says and he hangs around the most pathetic crowd. Dirk needs to be a less seedy prick and more of a good member of his peers.

In Team America: World Police, they fight against the Terrorists of Dirka-Dirkastan, who speak with a few simple words: Dirk, Dirka, Muhama, Jihat and Allah, all words from the Muslim releigion. Jihat being a Holy War and Allah being one of their Gods.
