when you say goodnight to a person through text then they respond to you with a question and you just have to reply.

person 1: okay well im going to sleep goodnight.
person 2: wait what is our homework?
person 1: oh page 135 questions 1-5.
person 2: thanks. wait i thought u were asleep?
person 1: i was sleep texting.

In text or SMS messaging, a textonym is a word that is typed using the same sequence of keys on a phone's numeric keypad as another word.

Cow is a textonym of boy and any (typed using 2 6 and 9 on a phone).

After a prolonged period of being textually active, one become less interested in texting.

Initial symptoms include periods of hesitation prior to sending a text. Full blown symptoms are when one is not longer able to text due to lack of textibido.

Cure includes textolygamy.

When a two people act like lovers over text but never talk in person. (Usually common in middle schoolers)

Multi-texting

The occurrence of having multiple conversations and/or topics discussed while texting.

Bob - "Hey, how's it going, are you feeling better?"

Steve - "Hey Bob, I'm doing O.K. I'm still a little under the weather, and I have to finish up some work. We're having a potluck at my job tomorrow too!"

Bob - "Yeah, I figured. Whoa, slow down there big guy, you just hit me with a multi-texting extravaganza!"
