It is more commonly used amongst distance and dual threat runners, but sprinters are more than welcome to use it

The blaze 'em refers to the burning of calories or the roasting of the other teams

-when you're singing a song and you're really into it. hitting every note, or at least in your opinion you are.

-hitting homeruns in the game of baseball.

-after a long night of drinking, the phase of continuous burping. (possibly followed by vomit)

-Streak of sexual activity for the male.

-"Wow, You're really hittin those notes. Way to Belt Em out!" sarcasm can be used as well.

-"Babe Ruth was called the Sultan of Swat because he really Belted Em Out back in the day."

-"HAHAHA Chris is really beltin' 'em out! Thats what you get for drinkin so much, you ass!"

Although this type of journey was originally of the arduous type, it has become more of a sought-after social activity especially in the night-life realm due to its nature of promoting comradery, adventure and good times. Term coined by the Z-boys in Boston circa 1999.

The party ended and no one had cash for a cab so we decided to lace-em-up.

A style of dress universally characterized by hipsters and homies. It is typified by the wearing jeans or jogging bottoms with a excessively dangling crotch (usually worn about knee-level).

The effect is to give the impression of self-defecation of ones trousers. Hence, I shit 'em (pants).
