Should've ran on Sunday

A term originating from a cross country coach when complaining about his runners, later turned into a meme at the first meet by some runners preparing for a race
Runner 1: Aww I missed my PR by one second!!!
Runner 2: You should've ran on Sunday #SROS...
(Both see Runner 3 get passed by Runner 4 in the last 100 meters)
Runner 1: #SROS

540 blaze 'em

The 420 of runners- a reference to how early cross country runners have to run

It is more commonly used amongst distance and dual threat runners, but sprinters are more than welcome to use it

The blaze 'em refers to the burning of calories or the roasting of the other teams
Bree- It's 540!!! Wanna run with me?
Mandy- Heck ya!!! 540 blaze 'em

Bree- Son las cuatro y cuarenta!!! Quieres correr conmigo?
Mandy- Me encantaria!!! 540 ardelo!!!
