n. a vehichle (usually a station wagon) that emits blue/black smoke out of the tail pipe and contains at least .5 pounds (8oz.) of rust on the exterior of the vehicle.It must also having missing or non-matching hubcaps. A substitute for the previous desciption would be a broken window cover by plastic. It could be used for activities such as picking up groceries or the mail.

Breather

Breathers are those annoying non smoking or ex smokers that have to bitch about everything and everyone that smokes, where they smoke, when they smoke, and how they are affecting their health. Boo Hoo

Those breathers over there are giving us a dirty look for smoking.
