Lean is a drink that origonated in Houston Texas lean is Sprite (or other fruit drinks) mixed with cough syrup. but dont use Nyquil and think ur sippin on lean ull look retarded. lean requires a strong over the counter cough syrup (they have codine, codine is the drug) its kind of illigal but it gets u messed up:slow mo, dizzy, and slow reaction. Chopped and screwed music is based on lean.
