If you lived in some other country and said something bad about it you probably would be shot. At least here you can say what you want. Though not a state, the District of Columbia (Washington, DC) is also EXTREMELY and densely Blue: 90% of the more than 500,000 people there voted for John Kerry! That's even more than the New York City area!
