1)Adult: Kids these days don't know how hard we had it growing up. We had to walk ten miles to school and back in the snow!
Kid: Adults these days just whine about their pasts and claim we're all spoiled. Our parents actually care about frostbite.

2) Adult: Kids these days just listen to rap, pop, and emo crap. They don't know how great Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin were!
Kid: Adults these days can't accept the fact that there's more to music than the classics. If they really hate mainstream music so much, they should listen to indie rock!

Adulting 

A fake word used by idiots (millennials mainly), in an attempt to turn the adjective adult into a verb in a feeble attempt to describe if a person is actually an adult or behaves in an adult manner and thus doing the things any responsible adult with an average or above IQ can handle. You cannot "adult" something. It is as bad or worse as the overuse of learnings in the corporate world.

Jane is so responsible, she pays her bills on time, walks the dog, grows her own food and calls her mom every week, she is so good at adulting.

Analogous to jail-bait only the person in question is married instead of under-age. Often-times they will act single and flirt with you, even possibly getting your number. He or she will never wear a wedding ring. You think you may be scoring, but watch out!

Victim: "That guy has been really flirting with me, I hope he actually uses my number."

Friend: "You know he's married, right?"

Victim: "What?! Why doesn't he wear his ring?! Man, I hate adultery-bait!"
