The term refers to an individual’s ability to travel, communicate, and reside in social circles that mere mortals could never tread. These circles could be heads of state, business elite, academic elite, professional athletes, and most importantly popular celebrities. These individuals don’t necessarily have to be a stated member of any of these groups but to only be qualified and vouched for by a stated member.

Many up-and-coming celebrities boast about there ability to call an ultra-famous person on their personal cell phone number; they’re announcing their juice card status.

HBO’s Entourage; the character Turtle has a juice card by his association with Vince and therefore he can call Jamie-Lynn Sigler or Paris Hilton for that matter.
