When presenting TWO business cards to a woman- or member of the opposite sex- this means that that person is interested in a relationship with the receiver of the cards- and that the intention is to reach 3rd base by the end of the first date... however this is at the discretion of the receiver.

I gave her 2 business card flirtations so that she would know I was interested in her.

(Term created in South side Chicago) A flirt bitch is someone who is on the other end of someone that constantly flirts with them. A flirt-bitch usually enjoys the flirting. The person who flirts may or may not have any actual intension of pursuing the other person.

"Oh my gosh Annie you and Derrick are so cute! Are you guys going out?"
"No."
"Why not? He really seems to like you. He's always flirting with you."
