White boarding 

When your boss comes in, tells you all his ideas in a trauma-dump fashion, and then walks away.

Basically a scare tactic to cause anxiety about ideas and situations that aren’t really a big deal.

Picture someone writing all their ideas or fears out on a whiteboard with messy scribble-like hand writing, and leaving you to decide what it truly means. Should you be nervous? Or is this man projecting?

Worker 1: “Did you talk to the boss today?”

Worker 2: “Yes, he trauma dumped about the uncertainty of our department.”

Worker 1: “He’s always white boarding and walking away.”

An out of town conference that you attend for work.

John: Remember that White Collar Sleepover we went to last year? We got so drunk, man.

Porter: You mean the International Tourism and Travel Show, the largest 3 day conference in the world?

John: Uch, nobody remembers seminars or conferences, sleepovers are forever.

White Man In The Room Disease 

when a White man who is part of a larger group which includes minorities and/or women, feels that he must share “his” (often unsolicited, typically incorrect) knowledge and/or experience as it pertains to a discussion not involving him.

Bill is married to a Karen, he suffers from White Man In The Room Disease. He feels that he should be the authority on a particular subject in the group, simply because he’s White.

White Heritage Month 

White Heritage Month is celebrated by the descendants of the indigenous people of Europe and Russia, and the tiny countries in-between. It's a time to remember ones roots and learn their ancestor's culture and language.

Which month White Heritage Month is, has not been settled.

Some say March 2nd to April 2nd.

Others say June 20th to July 20th.

I'm looking forward to White Heritage Month to teach my children our German origins, culture, and language.
