Loop Theory

A theory pioneered by R. Khan that predicts the number of arrangements (A) there are for a number, n, of cross-over points in the loop. It turns out, after much study, A = 2n.

In a loop with 2 crossover points, there are 4 different arrangements. I learned this using LOOP THEORY!

Loop a bulb

To reverse direction in an automobile by entering an intersection, veering right, and then tracing a path in the shape of an incandescent lightbulb, so as to result in the automobile re-entering the same street from which it originally entered the intersection, but now traveling in the opposite direction.

Man, we took a wrong turn, we're heading away from the strip club. Loop a bulb at this intersection - my girlfriend's on in ten minutes!

Teh looonje

Teh looonje is the name for the lounge on the second floor of Sol Heumann Hall at RIT. The name was coined as a joke by a computer engineering mentoring group during the 2008-2009 school year. The term has since been adapted to mean any lounge or lounge like place.

Dude, we have a meeting in Teh looonje in five minuets!
