Generally used to designate this rare class of people who managed to be charming, interesting, attractive, fascinating and lovely at the same time, thus creating a positive sense of intimidation in people around them.

Ethymologists hypothesise that pintimidating arose as a contraction of "positively" and "intimidating", although no consensus has been reached yet.
