Gender Binary

The social construction of gender in most societies in the world where gender is a dichotomy between male and female. Male and female gender expectations, roles, and functions are generally very rigid and the presence of alternate gender constructions are usually denigrated, ignored, or made oblivious.

The gender binary is crap and doesn't allow for individual gender expression like being genderqueer or two spirit

Gender atheist

A euphemism for being transphobic. Similar to how white supremacists may hide behind "race realist", or how climate change deniers may hide behind "climate skeptic", some transphobes hide behind "gender atheist" to disguise their bigotry.

I'm not a transphobe. I'm a gender atheist.

Gender

Gender is what you identify as, and not your genitalia. Some examples being Male, Female, Agender, Gender Fluid, Demi Boy, Demi Girl. Gender is a spectrum.

I have a Vagina in my pants, but that is my sex. My gender identity is Agender.
