The small area on the door of a vehicle used to place dipping sauce containers from fast food places. Used to make sure they don't spill and remain in an upright and ergonomically correct position for nugget and fry dipping.

Justin: "I'm glad I had my BBQ Sauce in the sauce valley when we hit that pothole, otherwise it would've spilled all over."
Nicole: "That's a handle for the door."
Justin: "You're only sing it that way if you're not living your best life."
