It may be a pokemon that is round and can lure enemies with it's voice.

It is also the meaning of someone who keeps lies in there mouth and stores all the rumors and drama, which causes them to have puffy cheeks (metaphorically) and they lure other people in with their lies blindly with their bullshit.

"popping" the male's penis in one's mouth. (this action is similar to "popping" a finger in a mouth to make a raindrop noise). this action is followed by the partner juggling the male's testicles with their dominant hand's forefingers. (this act does not necessarilly require that the male actually has three testicles. it is actually possible to juggle only two balls. it is not, however, possible to perform the swedish juggler on a single testicled male. that would be called a "granny shot").
