an outsider/loser/bitch. used as an insult towards someone you don’t like. the phrase “PRAM” officially stands for Parameter Random Access Memory, the act of “zapping the p ram” reigns in the scattered windows when you start up the computer if you do not shut down tabs correctly. therefore the phrase “zapping a p ram” is equal to reigning in a bitch or getting them under control.

the whole phrase is more ironic than serious, it’s the equivalent of being called a pussybitch.

also can be a substitute to lil pumps song “d rose”
