Not only does '<3' mean "I <3 you" or its used in a way to show love and affection. It's a term/symbol used in a sarcastic manner. Mostly used by people in text when they're insulting you.

She loves to dance while she eats almost as much as she loves randomly doing her makeup or randomly singing aloud.
