Clutch

A "clutch", in some parts of the UK, tends to be referred to as someone that struggles with their speech.
For example, a "clutch" may suffer from a speech impediment, or may have issues with excess saliva production impeding their ability to pronounce words.

If something is clutch, it’s the bomb. The best. The cherry on top. But clutch can also be used in a negative setting. If something is clutch - maybe it’s off putting or disgusting.
