TURD TETHER

When your pet can't leave a turd behind because the turd has one of your own hairs embedded in it that hasn't completely passed.
I smelled poo on my pet and found a turd hanging by one of my own hairs. So I grabbed the turd tether and pulled it the rest of the way out.

tenther

an individual who understands that the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
"Health care isn't mentioned in the constitution, so the people of the States - and not the Federal Government - have the right to make their own decisions about how they want to receive and allocate funds for health care."

"What about voting rights, product safety codes and the federal highway system?"

"The people of the States understand that the constitution does not prohibit voting rights, which are reserved to the people. Safety awareness and protection, as well as highway construction and infrastructure maintenance have been provided by private individuals, and entities without necessitating interventions from the federal government."

"So you're a tenther then."

"Absolutely."
