A term which refers to a person who has a strong interest, even obsessive, in niche subjects. This interest may be not understood by the general public. Also referred to as a nerd or anorak.

A Southern West Virginia term coined in 2020 for doing a "hot rail" of methamphetamine; Specifically when doing one with your significant other and blowing it into their mouth right before having immensely wonderful, drug fueled, super hot, sex in doggy style so you both can "tweak and geek" out the window during the 4-6 hour sexual marathon you are about to enjoy.
