Nouell

A man who claims to have a very large penis but actually has an unusually small one. Often inflates his shoes size 3 or 4 sizes to sell the lie.

This person is typically of Asian decent and will often use the expression "I'm half black, bitch" while pointing at his penis and creepily chuckling after saying it.

Nouell - "I've got a huge dick"
