A glass wand with a small glass ball at one end which is heated with a 500°+ heat source (small torch etc.) then applied to herb, hash or honey oil for smoking.

A gweef is a male penile phenomenon that occurs when an inexperienced girl performs felatio incorrectly. This usually occurs on the first time a girl gives a blowjob and takes the name too literally.
