This phenomenon is caused by the virus commonly referred to as ☞︎☼︎✋︎☜︎☠︎👎︎✋︎☠︎💧︎✋︎👎︎☜︎💣︎☜︎ (in the ████████ family). There is no cure, it is usually fatal, and infected personnel are reported to be extremely violent under the circumstances listed above.
