Kaizo Block

An invisible coin block in the Super Mario series placed in order to prevent the player from completing a jump. Used to great effect in Kaizo Mario World and other Rom hacks. Named for what you'd call the creator of the hack after triggering one of the blocks.

I was almost at the end of the stage when I jumped too late and got killed by the kaizo block.

Dog blocking is when a girl's fucking dog prevents you from getting laid by lying between you and her in bed.
