"Arlingtonable" is a term that stands for when the conditions in D.C. are perfect to make the trek from the capitol all the way to arlington on foot with no problem.

Ideally, "Arlingtonable" encompasses the perfect conditions; a cool and still evening with a light drizzle. This way, you can listen to your ipod and not become dehydrated while you can run nonstop on your voyage to Arlington Cemetery from the capitol.
